1. Address issues

  • Go to your Strato MarketingRadar dashboard, click on “General” in the menu on the left and then on “Business”.

  • Make sure that you did not enter the same phone number in the “TEL” field and in the “MOBILE/CELL” field. If you only have one phone number, please enter it in the “TEL” field even if it is a mobile number and leave the “MOBILE/CELL” field blank.

  • Check that your postcode has the right format. If your postcode contains spaces for example, make sure to enter spaces where they should be.

  • Check if the address you entered in Strato MarketingRadar matches an existing address in Google Maps. If the address used there is a bit different, please enter it in Strato MarketingRadar as it is on Google Maps.

  • Make sure to click on all the boxes in the address section, even when you got a suggestion and all the fields appear to be filled in. That way we can certify each entry is correct by you.

2. Description issues

  • Go to your Google Business Profile setup or overview to see your descriptions

  • Check the character count for the long and short descriptions so you stay within the limit

  • Make sure there are no URLs inside or characters that can difficult the connection

3. Photos issues

  • Go to your Google Business Profile photo gallery.

  • Make sure you don’t add more than 30 photos. If there are more, delete additional photos since the maximum that can be added is 30.

4. Keyword issues

  • Go to your keyword list.

  • Make sure no keyword is longer than 64 characters, since this can create connection problems.

Once you have gone through this checklist, try to sync again your Google Business Profile.
