1. Call tracking with Strato MarketingRadar

Strato MarketingRadar enables you to publish your business data, including your phone number, on multiple online local directories. With the phone number added, and your business synced, you will be able to track how many calls you get.

If you are using call tracking, please note that it is important to add both your company phone number and the call tracking phone number on your Strato MarketingRadar account.

To add your call tracking phone number, go to your Strato MarketingRadar dashboard and click on “General” and then on “Business” in the menu on the left. Navigate to the “Company data” section.

Enter the call tracking number in the mandatory “Phone” field, as this is the number that will be displayed to your customer as the number to call, and Strato MarketingRadar will track it.

To add your company’s regular phone number, choose the “Additional phone number” field. Don’t forget to click on “Save” when you are done.

2. Synchronization of your phone number

Once you have entered both phone numbers, call tracking and company phone number, go to the “Local Marketing” tab and start setting up the local directory sync by following the instructions.

Once this is done, your business details and phone number will be visible on all online directories while publishing, and you will be set to track your calls. You can check this by going on the left side menu on “Online Presence” → “Listings and Publications” and once you see the option “View listing” on the directory list you can click on the link to check your synchronization status of your phone number you just added on your Strato MarketingRadar account!
