1. How to verify Google Ads with Strato MarketingRadar?

Please note that all 360 accounts have the privilege of running Google Ads directly through the Strato MarketingRadar app. This also means that your Google Ads account is managed by Strato MarketingRadar, and the verification process must be completed within our app and our team. To verify your account simply complete the form or reach our team to help with the process.

2. What happens to my documents after I've emailed them to you?

In order to verify your Google Ads account, Google is asking to submit certain documents to prove your eligibility and business ownership. For example, you will be asked if you are a business owner or individual, whether you are promoting your own products or someone else, as well as you will submit a form of ID and business license. We take your documents' security seriously. Once you've emailed them to us, we forward them to Google Ads for verification. They will review your documents to ensure the proper functioning of your Google Ads campaign.

3. Is it an issue if the business name in my Strato MarketingRadar account doesn't match the name on my document?

Not at all. We understand that business details can change. If the business name on your document doesn't match what's in your Strato MarketingRadar account, please notify us during the document upload process. We will update this information for you with Google Ads to ensure a seamless experience.

4. Could you please resend me the Google email for uploads? How secure is my data with you?

Certainly, we can resend the email for document uploads. If you would like to get the email resent you just need to reach out to our team at support@rankingcoach.com and we’ll send you a new email to upload the documents at your convenience. As a responsible service provider, Strato MarketingRadar is fully GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliant and all the emails and data we get are safe.#

5. How secure is my data with you?
